My Story

I didn't realize it until I reached my early thirties, and was in a stable, long-term relationship, that I had been living in survival mode for most of my life. I was nervous all the time, using old coping strategies like people pleasing and fawning to get through, and just waiting for the other shoe to drop. My life looked "normal" from the outside, but internally, lots of chaos. I felt trapped in my own self-limiting beliefs, and I didn't know a way through.

I knew that I needed things to be different but I didn’t know how to “get different." It was frustrating and heartbreaking!

My connection to plants was very supportive in this time, and really helped me build a language to understand my experience. But things really began to shift when I learned some foundational embodiment practices and the language of my nervous system. Both truly changed the way I navigated my inner world, and engaged my outer world!

Learning how to be the nurturing witness and guide to my own nervous system through the inevitable ups and downs of life was a game changer! It helped me reorient to the things in life that light me up, and align my actions and capacity with my values. In doing so, I've become more grounded in myself, which has deepened my relationships and capacity to feel the full range of my experiences without abandoning myself.

I feel more in my own life now than ever. I can see and feel my dreams again, and I feel like I can take the risks to live into them with more ease! I’m so happy to be here!

This is truly the work of a lifetime. I believe that compassionate witnessing and plants can help people heal and grow.

It’s an honor to support others along their growth journey, whether it’s through one attuned herbal consult or three months of self-leadership coaching.
